These terms govern your relationship with Mateen for Feasibility Studies and Business Plans. Read them before you create an account or pay; using the platform means you accept them.
Scope and acceptance
These terms cover the website, your account, and the digital products Mateen issues. The product available today is the feasibility study. A business plan, an assessment, or other products may later be added to the same project without retelling the story.
Continuing to browse, creating an account, or placing an order means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform and do not complete a payment.
Mateen prepares the file and does not approve financing. Any investment or credit decision remains yours and that of the financier.
Account and eligibility
- A personal account is required for paid services and to download reports.
- Give accurate details at registration and keep them current.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secret, and for all activity on your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised use, tell support immediately.
Use of the services
Use the platform only for lawful work: preparing, reviewing, and downloading your project documents. Do not misuse the dialogue or suggestions, disrupt the system, or extract its content automatically without permission.
We may change products or pause a service for maintenance. What is available is shown clearly on the platform.
Suggestions and data
The dialogue and smart questions help you complete the file; they do not replace your judgement. Suggested figures — conservative, recommended, expansion — remain suggestions until you confirm them. What you confirm becomes part of your project data and is reused in later products on the same project.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and confirm. Mateen is not legal, tax, or financing counsel. A report does not replace specialist review when your decision requires it.
Intellectual property
The platform, marks, interfaces, templates, and analysis logic belong to Mateen or its licensors. They may not be copied, resold, or offered as a service to others without written consent.
The report you purchase is for your project. You may share it with partners or financiers. You may not republish the platform templates or its general content as your original work.
Prices and payment
- The binding price is the amount shown at checkout, in the displayed currency, before you pay.
- Payment is accepted by approved cards through the electronic payment gateway.
- The price may exclude taxes or transfer fees where they apply; this is shown at payment where possible.
- If payment is not completed, the final report is not issued and cannot be downloaded.
- Mateen may change prices later. A change does not apply to an order already paid in full.
Digital delivery
Products are digital. After payment is confirmed, download links appear in your account under your studies. If delivery is delayed for technical reasons, we will notify you and work to restore access. Events beyond reasonable control may delay delivery; that is not a breach if reasonable effort is made.
Refunds and cancellation
The report is a digital file prepared from your project data after payment. Amounts are not refunded once the purchase is complete and the service is used or the file is downloaded, and not because you changed your mind.
- Before payment: you may stop at any stage with no financial obligation.
- If the agreed service is not delivered because of a fault on Mateen’s side, contact us so we can restore access or otherwise remedy the issue.
- We will work on quality concerns, without a commitment to a cash refund after digital delivery.
Privacy
We handle your data under the privacy policy. Usage data may improve questions and suggestions. We do not sell your project data.
Disclaimer
The platform and reports are provided as is, to help you structure a decision. We do not guarantee financing, profit, or fit to a given market. To the extent the law allows, Mateen is not liable for indirect loss or lost profit arising from reliance on the report.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Courts there have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update this document. An update takes effect when published on this page. Registered accounts may be notified by email of a material change. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated version.
For questions about your account, payment, or these terms:
This policy sets out what Mateen for Feasibility Studies and Business Plans collects from you, why it is collected, and how it is kept. Continued use of the platform means you have read it.
Scope
This policy covers the website, your account, the dialogue, digital reports, and the contact page. Read it with the terms and conditions.
Mateen prepares the file and does not approve financing. This policy does not replace the duties of a financier if you share your report with them.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number, and a protected password.
- Project: the idea description, figures you enter or confirm, their sources if stated, and dialogue drafts.
- Usage: pages you visit, wizard steps, and technical errors that help us repair the service.
- Payment: confirmation of the transaction, amount, and currency. We do not store the full card number; the payment gateway handles that.
- Messages you send through the contact page.
Project data and suggestions
The system suggests, and you decide. Suggested figures — conservative, recommended, expansion — remain suggestions until you confirm them. What you confirm becomes part of your project data and is reused in later products on the same project, so you do not retell the story.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and confirm. General usage patterns may improve question order and suggestion quality, without selling your project file.
How we use data
- To create the account, run the service, issue the report, and let you download it.
- To process payment, prove the order, and provide support.
- To notify you of a material change to the terms or this policy, or of an issue with your order.
- To secure the platform and prevent misuse.
- To improve in-product questions and suggestions, not to sell your data.
Sharing
We do not sell project data. We may share only what is needed with:
- The payment gateway, to complete the transaction.
- Hosting or email providers, if required to run the platform, limited to that task.
- Competent authorities if the law requires it.
If you download the report and send it to a financier or partner, you are the one sharing that file, and their policy then applies.
Cookies
We use cookies needed for login, the session, language preference, and form protection. You may block them in the browser; login or session saving may then fail.
Retention
We keep account and project data while the account exists and reports remain tied to it. After the account is closed, backups or accounting records may remain for the period the law requires, then they are deleted or obscured.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the account and project files from unauthorised access. No internet transfer is fully guaranteed. Keep your login secret, and tell us at once if you suspect a breach.
Your rights
- View and correct your account data from the account page.
- Request a copy, a correction, or a reasonable deletion through support, within what the service and the law allow.
- Stop marketing messages if any are sent, without stopping order and payment messages.
The platform is for founders and institutions, not a service directed at children.
Law
This policy is interpreted under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, together with any mandatory data-protection rule that applies to your relationship with us.
